Coaching for people at a crossroads

On paper, things may look fine. So why does life still feel off?

For people in their late 20s and early 30s who are tired of overthinking decisions, feeling stuck between options, or wondering why they are not as fulfilled as they expected to be.

You are not lost. You may be at a crossroads. Coaching helps you make sense of what is happening, identify what keeps you stuck, and build a practical way forward.

A focused first conversation to clarify where you are and what support fits.

You are not lost. You are at a crossroads.

You may have a good life, a decent job, and people who care about you. But something still feels off.

Maybe you are questioning your career, struggling to make a decision, feeling disconnected from your goals, or wondering why life does not feel as meaningful as you thought it would.

This may sound familiar:

  • You look like you are managing, but internally you feel uncertain.
  • You keep thinking through your options, but choosing still feels heavy.
  • You know something needs to change, but you are not sure what to do next.
  • You start strong, lose momentum, and end up back in the same loop.
  • You feel pulled between who you have been and who you are trying to become.
  • You want more direction without turning your life into pressure and self-criticism.

The goal is not to judge where you are. The goal is to understand it clearly enough to move.

Start by making sense of where you are.

The discovery call is a focused conversation to look at what feels off, what keeps getting in the way, and whether coaching is the right support.

Make sense of where you are. Build what helps you move.

Coaching is a practical process for understanding what is happening, deciding what matters, and taking action with support.

Current State

You may look like you are doing fine, but internally feel stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain, or pulled between too many options. We start by slowing things down and making sense of what is actually happening.

What repeats? Momentum breaks Avoided decision Forced effort Current structure Too many options

Desired State

You gain a clearer sense of what matters now, more confidence in your next step, and a practical plan you can actually follow.

Choose priority Make decision Rebuild routine Set boundary Fitness consistency Take action

How We Work

The work combines reflection, practical tools, accountability, and action. We identify what keeps repeating, build structure that fits real life, and test the next step between sessions.

Reflection Decision support Habit design Weekly structure Accountability Action steps

The goal is to know what to do next and have a way to practice it.

Start with one conversation.

You do not need to have everything figured out before booking. The first call is simply a place to understand what is going on, what kind of support you need, and whether working together makes sense.

AY Abdalla Youssef

I help people make change practical.

I have always been drawn to the space between knowing something needs to change and knowing what to do next.

That space can feel confusing. You may understand parts of the problem, but still struggle to make a decision, stay consistent, or build a way forward that fits your real life.

My work is shaped by coaching, fitness, operations, and my own personal growth. Coaching taught me how people make sense of themselves. Fitness taught me that confidence and discipline are built through practice. Operations taught me that a plan only works when people can actually use it.

That combination is how I coach. I help people identify what keeps repeating, choose the next practical step, and build structure they can follow outside the conversation.

A few things you may be wondering.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy, crisis support, medical care, or a replacement for mental health treatment. Coaching is focused on goals, habits, decisions, accountability, fitness consistency, personal growth, and practical next steps.

What if I do not know exactly what is wrong?

That is okay. You do not need a perfect explanation before booking. Many people start with a rough sense that something feels off, unclear, or ready to change.

What can we work on?

Habits, routines, fitness consistency, confidence after inconsistency, decisions you keep postponing, life direction, boundaries, priorities, and the patterns that keep pulling you back.

Will you tell me what to do?

I will ask questions, reflect patterns, challenge you when useful, and help you build structure. The goal is better decisions and actions you can repeat.

How do I start?
